Welcome to FoxTrail. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use FoxTrail. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
FoxTrail creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Each person may use only one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant FoxTrail a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content within the app and on the map for its intended purpose.
You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to post:
All photos must be taken live using your device camera. Gallery uploads are technically blocked. Attempting to circumvent this restriction (e.g., via screen injection or modified apps) is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Messages must be posted from your actual physical location. Using GPS spoofing tools, VPN-based location manipulation, or any method to fake your location is strictly prohibited. Detected violations result in permanent ban.
FoxTrail employs automated content filters, community reporting, and admin review. Content that receives 5 independent reports is automatically hidden pending review. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Abuse of the reporting system (filing false reports) will result in penalty points. Accumulating 3 penalty points results in a reporting ban.
After 50 messages in an anonymous chat, both users may choose to reveal their identities. This is entirely optional and requires mutual consent. Pressuring someone to reveal or sharing revealed identities without consent is prohibited.
FoxTrail offers optional premium features via in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Prices may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
FoxTrail, including its design, logo, name, and code, is the property of Alpatar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
FoxTrail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of user-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FoxTrail. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your content and data will be permanently removed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bursa, Turkey.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
